Online Filing of FCRA Return

Ministry of Home Affairs has started accepting online filing of complicated FC-3 forms. After the information , the association is expected to take a print out, sign them and send along with report and financial accounts with CA certificate. You can register at http://mha.nic.in/fcraweb/fc_fc3_help.htm. Detailed instruction has been provided. However,since the papers formats are still to be sent to Ministry, the system is not of much help. Also the system ,expects the data to be filled online, as opposed to the Income Tax , where form is prepared on a PC and then uploaded to the system.

for FCRA registration
We couldnot open the FCR- Form-3 online filing site. Our user name and password are correct.Every time typing user name and password, the result can see invalid key.What is the problem?
The issue is with the key which is displayed as a number and letters on the log in page. They are hardly readable and are case Sensitive. You need to read it carefully and enter it. For these take care for special charactes such as Zero and Capital O, i and 1 etc.

we are having the account with ‘ 0′balance promising not to utilize the account for any local transaction .so , now it is with ‘ 0′balance ,the problem is the online application doesn’t accept my nill return application with all collumns filled with ’0′ balance .so how to send our nill return through online.

in this case you may put just one rupee and send the return.
Alternatively, send paper based return by speed post to Home Ministry.

It took a week for me to get the password. I was repeatedly told that the password is sent to my address but never got it until a week after.
Now, I have prob filing the data online at Part-3. After much waiting trying to save data of my first record, it comes back with a message – URL not found. Please advise.
