Online Filing of FCRA Return
Ministry of Home Affairs has started accepting online filing of complicated FC-3 forms. After filing the information, the association is expected to take a print out, sign them and send alongwith audit report and financial acccounts with CA certificate. You can register at http://mha.nic.in/fcraweb/fc_fc3_help.htm. Detailed instruction has been provided. However, since the papers formats are still to be sent to Ministry, the system is not of much help. Also the sytem, expects the data to be fillied online, as opposed to the Income Tax, where form is prepared on a PC and then uploaded to the system.
